By purchasing and using AutoFlow Plus ("the Software"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. License Usage

The license key provided is for a single user/device unless a multi-user license was purchased. Sharing your license key publicly or with unauthorized users is prohibited and may result in immediate license termination without refund.

2. Intended Use and Software Purpose

AutoFlow Plus is a utility designed to maintain system availability and workflow continuity. It is explicitly intended for:

Process Management: Preventing sleep/idle modes during long-running tasks where manual input is absent but supervision is required (e.g., video rendering, code compiling, large data uploads/downloads).
Status Maintenance: Maintaining "Active" status during passive work activities such as reading long documentation, watching training webinars, or attending listen-only meetings.

3. Prohibited Use and Anti-Fraud Policy

Strict Prohibition on Deceptive Practices: You explicitly agree NOT to use this Software to:

Deceive employers, clients, or time-tracking systems regarding actual hours worked.
Facilitate "wage theft" or claim payment for time where no work was performed.
Violate the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) or employment contract of your organization.

We do not condone the use of our technology for fraudulent activity. Violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoFlow Plus and its developers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Software or your violation of any employment agreements or workplace policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

AutoFlow Plus is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of employment or disciplinary action) arising from the use of this software.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City/State].
